상인은, 자그마한 칼로 커다란 호박을 쓱~쓱 썰어서 판매대에 올려둡니다.
The merchant adroitly uses a small knife to cut the huge pumpkin and displays it on the shelf.
도대체 저렇게 작은 칼로 어떻게 저 큰 호박을 자를까 걱정되었지만
그는 너무나도 숙달된 솜씨로 잘라, 순식간에 큰 호박을 8조각으로 내어버리더군요.
At first sight, I was a bit worried if he could cut up the gigantic pumpkin with such a small knife,
but he cut it into eight pieces in no time.
함께 장을 보던 어머니는 호박을 보시자 마자 요리 아이디어가 떠올랐는지
당장 한 덩어리 사자고 했습니다..
Going grocery shopping with me,
my mom suggested that we buy one – something must have inspired her.
"아~ 이걸로 호박스프를 끓여 먹으면 정말 맛있겠다!!"
